Great App, but Sadly Unreliable

I love the design, and when the app works it works well - and you cant argue the developers arent giving us our moneys worth with the new features they keep rolling out.

Unfortunately all of that falls apart if the app only works 4/10 times.

Remoting into my home Mac from my work Mac works great using both Back to My Mac and Remote Desktop, but over the last few updates Screens simply isnt connecting.

When I contacted support we troubleshot my connections, all of which appeared correct, and I was eventually told theres a bug in OS X 10.11 which messes with remote connections.

Must just be their remote connection, because all the others I have access to are working great.
